United for a Purpose
United for a Purpose is an annual community-giving event I’ve been hosting for 12 years, built on one simple but powerful idea: using our work as our way of giving back.Each year, I unite with local businesses, entrepreneurs, and service providers who are willing to dedicate one intentional day of work. On that day, we operate as normal—serving clients, customers, and the community—but with a shared mission: 100% of the money collected that day is donated to a nonprofit organization or community cause we choose together. This isn’t just about giving money—it’s about purposeful sacrifice, unity, and impact. We all know there are many ways to give, but United for a Purpose invites us to pause, align our hearts, and intentionally say: “Today, my hands, my gifts, and my business are here to serve something bigger than me.”By working together, we transform an ordinary workday into an act of generosity—meeting real needs, supporting meaningful organizations, and strengthening our community.
Coquettish Nail Salon Classes
At Coquettish Nail Salon, our classes are more than just learning nail techniques—they’re about building confidence, creativity, and purpose.
For over 15 years, I taught and mentored individuals ranging from ages 11 to 60, welcoming both women and men into a space where they can grow their skills and discover their potential. Whether you're a beginner exploring a new passion or someone looking to sharpen your craft, our classes are designed to meet you where you are.
What sets our classes apart is the intention behind them. We don’t just teach nails—we teach discipline, self-expression, and the belief that you can create opportunities for yourself. Every session is built to empower, inspire, and equip you with skills you can carry into your everyday life.
Looking ahead, our vision is even bigger. We are working toward developing programs specifically for troubled teens and young girls facing mental health challenges. Through creativity, mentorship, and hands-on learning, our goal is to provide a safe and uplifting environment—one that offers an escape from daily struggles and helps build a strong foundation for a brighter future.
